King Street Associates provides strategic and tactical support in the areas of talent management and development. In practical terms this means helping clients to:

How We Do It
Organization Development
King Street Associates has it's niche in the People realm of organizational consulting. As such, we help clients develop a strategic agenda for aligning People processes with business goals.
We look across the entire employee lifecycle and create integrated solutions for clients. We understand how all the piece-parts work together...as well as how they can inadvertently undermine one another. Integration of sub-functions now replaces stovepiped organizations; open communication and cross-functional teaming replace turf building. Solutions that work and that last are solutions based on functional integration.
To be truly optimized, an organization moves beyond integration to alignment of People processes with broader business goals. Human Resources groups that want a voice at the table: this is how to get it.

Individual & Group Coaching
A wealth of experience and success in the world of adult learning and development have convinced us that one-to-one coaching is the most effective path to sustained performance improvement. Therefore, our work with individuals and teams leverages this approach.
