King Street Associates provides strategy planning and consulting, and implementation support in the areas of talent management and development. In practical terms this means helping clients to:

Strategy Consulting

King Street Associates has it's niche in the People realm of organizational consulting. As such, we help clients develop a strategic agenda for aligning People processes with business goals. 

We look across the entire employee lifecycle and create integrated solutions for clients. We understand how all the piece-parts work together...as well as how they can inadvertently undermine one another. Recent examples:

  • Designed & implemented an accelerated leadership development program for a group of engineers
